Shipping policy
At Seaglimmers, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing Order Processing All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Pre-Order Items Pre-order items will ship once they arrive in our warehouse. You will be notified via email when your pre-order ships. Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation once they have entered production.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order in your Seaglimmers account.
Shipping Issues If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@seaglimmers.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping will be added at a later date.
