Return and Refund Policy

At Seaglimmers, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and refund options:
Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned with the original packing slip or order confirmation
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Pre-order items once they have shipped (unless damaged or defective)
How to Initiate a Return Please email us at hello@seaglimmers.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Exchanges We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color when available. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
